VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR

The Southern African Development Community Accreditation Service (SADCAS), a multi economy Accreditation body based in Botswana was established to offer accreditation services throughout the SADC region in those Member States that do not have a national accreditation body namely: Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. The above post is tenable in Gaborone.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To coordinate the marketing and administration relating to the external training services process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Marketing of the training courses;
 Monitor all training administrative activities;
 Make travel arrangements for trainers;
 Coordinate and manage the training calendar;
 Prepare training materials for the courses;
 Reporting related to training;
 Filing and maintenance of training records;
 Follow up on trainer’s contracts;
 Follow up on trainers payments.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 Degree in Marketing and/or Quality Management Systems;
 A minimum of 5 years experience in client, project and training administration;
 Fluency in English
 The following will be an added advantage
o Technical qualifications;
o Knowledge of accreditation standards;
o Working knowledge of Portuguese.
